Because the driveway slab remained in usable condition, polyurethane concrete lifting offered a practical alternative to complete replacement.
We used our polyurethane concrete lifting process to raise and support the affected driveway section.
Small holes measuring approximately 5/8 inch were carefully drilled through the settled concrete. These access points allowed us to reach the empty spaces beneath the driveway slab.
High-density polyurethane foam was injected beneath the driveway. As the foam expanded, it filled underground voids, restored support, and carefully lifted the settled concrete.
The driveway section along the curb was raised toward its original height and aligned with the adjacent pads as closely as existing conditions allowed.
After the driveway was lifted and stabilized, the small access holes were patched and the work area was cleaned. The polyurethane foam cured quickly, allowing the repaired area to return to use with minimal downtime.
The driveway entrance was raised and supported without removing and replacing the existing concrete.
