We used our polyurethane concrete lifting process to raise, level, and support the settled driveway sections.
Small access holes measuring approximately 5/8 inch were carefully drilled through selected areas of the driveway. These holes allowed us to reach the unsupported spaces beneath the settled slabs.
High-density polyurethane foam was injected beneath the affected concrete. As the foam expanded, it filled hidden voids, restored support, and gradually raised the settled driveway sections.
The lifting process was carefully controlled to improve the alignment between neighboring slabs and create a smoother driveway surface as closely as existing conditions allowed.
After the driveway was lifted, leveled, and stabilized, the small injection holes were patched. The work area was then cleaned, leaving the existing driveway in place.
Because the polyurethane foam cures quickly, the homeowner was able to return the repaired driveway to normal use with minimal downtime.
The settled driveway sections were lifted and brought back into better alignment without removing and replacing the existing concrete.
